Do you want to travel on vacation?

Tell the truth: who doesn’t love a good trip? I think that everyone wants to travel on vacation, but there are two small inconveniences that keep many of their dreams from coming true: (lack of) time and money. And the best answer to both is organization. If you know how to organize yourself well, you will manage to have enough time and money to take that trip you want so much.

“Talking is easy”, you might be thinking. Well, I know it may seem like a rather difficult task, but there’s no other choice: either you organize yourself better to achieve your dream, or it’s better to start thinking about another kind of hobby – maybe… football button? At least it’s cheap to buy two teams and make a field to play at home!

Do you want to travel on vacation?

Well, getting back to our subject, i.e. traveling on vacation, you need to remember that generally vacations coincide with peak seasons – it seems that 99% of people take vacations around the same time and the hotels and inns take advantage of this to almost double prices. Thinking of traveling over Christmas or New Year? So you better be ready to pay almost quadruple! Of course, there is a way around this and the way is planning. You need to plan and determine if you really need to travel at that time of year (and then prepare your pocket well for it) or see if you can postpone the desire a little and make your trip in a period of low season. March and April, for example, are excellent months for travel, as the school year (for those who study) is still at the very beginning and a leisurely trip may not be so harmful.

I’ve been doing some research with a tourism company (in this case, CVC Turismo) and a six-day New Year’s cruise package for a couple with a four-year-old son (us!) costs around R$8,080 .00, whereas a seven-day cruise under the same conditions (in my opinion, with a better itinerary) at the end of January costs around R$ 5,968.00. Yes, a reduction of more than two thousand reais (and an extra day of fun!). Unfortunately, I forgot to check the prices in low season, but it is very likely that I would still get a reduction of another thousand reais in the value, that is, we could pay less than five thousand reais and there would be no loss of the quality of fun we would have .

Of course, for this you need to be able to organize yourself for this purpose, which is not really easy. Many keep saying that their jobs don’t allow for this, but could it be that if we make the sacrifice of advancing something (for example, already studying the didactic content that will be seen in that period or working overtime at work) and negotiating others, we can’t really accomplish our trip at a time with lower costs?

Well, if you want to travel on vacation, you already know it’s possible, but you need to be ready to do three things: get organized, plan and negotiate. Do this and you will surely have an unforgettable trip!
